As part of FloodMapp's ongoing process of improving our security posture we will be implementing a Web Application Firewall (WAF) in front of our APIs. The change is not expected to have any impact on customers and you should be able to use your FloodMapp services as normal. If you experience any issues, particularly occurrences of HTTP 403 errors, please contact us immediately.

The WAF will be activated at midnight UTC on the 16th of October 2025.
